To change anyother information about the resource, you must delete the Resourcedocument and then create a new one containing the new information.

About this task

New resource information is not available until the AdministrationProcess updates the Resource document in theDomino® Directory and the change replicatesto all relevant replicas of theDomino® Directorythat are on servers used for scheduling resources.

If you deletea resource from the Resource Reservations database, an AdministrationProcess Request document for the resource deletion is created in theAdministration Requests database (ADMIN4.NSF).To delete the resource and remove it from theDomino® Directory, you must open the AdministrationRequests database and approve the request for deletion. Note thatto approve requests you need the appropriate access in the ACL ofthe Administration Requests database.
