Highlights since the launch of Impact in 2023 already includemeasuring the Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of our global businesses, the first step to achieving net zero emissions. Haymarket became among the first media companies to become ISO 20121 Certified in the UK on our live events, and retained our accreditation with the recent one year surveillance audit,part of the certification’s continuous progress requirement.
Impact’s global Content Audit has been instigated into editorial workflows and across Haymarket’s live events portfolio, to better understand how our external voice aligns with Impact and the role our brands play in positively influencing its specialist audiences. The past 12 months have seen Haymarket brands receive more than 2.5 millions views across its Impact content, and more than 10,000 attendees at its Impact tagged events.
We internally published our global Gender Pay Gap analysis to transparently share, and became aDisability Confident Employer in the UK. Mandatory Impact training has been rolled out to employees across the globe, with follow up Action Plans to help colleagues navigate how Impact feeds into everyone’s role.
