The brand is first featured inGrand Theft Auto IV, where it is said to be sold inSpender's,Brawls, andLeopolds stores. The brand is also featured onPeepthatshit.com in the "Hip Hop" section, as well as on billboards inAlgonquin. One billboard depicts aSpanish Lords member model wearing a shirt with aNOOSE emblem on it, with aPistol in the waistband of his pants and a chain around his neck.^[1] Another depicts a sittingHustlers member model in a dapper suit and hat, looking at ahooker in front of him.^[2] The latter advertisement is derived from a picture ofBrucie Kibbutz available onBruciesexecutivelifestyleautos.com.^[3]

InGrand Theft Auto V, the brand can be seen on severalNPC and character outfits, and is a brand especially favored byJimmy De Santa. InGrand Theft Auto Online, a green Fruntalot hat is sold inSub Urban andDiscount Store stores.

Influence[]

Fruntalot is most likely a parody of streetwear/sportswear brands with a hip-hop aesthetic, such asFUBU andNike. The motto "Just say you did it" is a clear reference to the Nike "Just Do It" slogan. The name refers to "fronting", the act of assuming a false facade to impress others. This is further backed up by its slogan.
