Back o Beyond
Back o' Beyond[1], stylized as "Back o Beyond" in-game, is a forested area featured inGrand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
Back o Beyond is located in southeasternFlint County,San Andreas, neighboringShady Creeks and the rest ofWhetstone to the west, theLos Santos Inlet to the east, andLeafy Hollow andFlint Range to the north.
With the exception of roads and bridges, Back o Beyond is relatively undeveloped, with no permanent structures or dwellings. The area is heavily forested, featuring terrains of various elevations, varying rock formations, and a polluted lake towards the north that appears to link up to a waterway into theLos Santos Inlet but is blocked off by rocks.
There is asmall lake that has dark brownishwater, which is a unique phenomenon in the entire state. Due to a textureglitch, if a vehicle is partially submerged into this body of water, the submerged part of the vehicle will become invisible to the player if viewed from the surface.
Back o Beyond is shaped like a foot on the map.

- There is a tree that theplayer can walk under. If the player is wearing aJetpack, they can fly up inside the tree, only to be stopped at the tip.
