ThePfisterAstron Custom is a luxury five-door crossover SUV featured inGrand Theft Auto Online as part of theExpanded & Enhanced Edition of the game.
Design[]
The SUV is essentially a version of theAstron with extra wide wheel arches and minor changes to the side panels, which appear to be modernised and partially painted, along with a pair of small roof rails and a thicker upper-frame for the side windows. It also includes a Pfister badge on the side. If the player chooses to upgrade the vehicle at HSW, a Hao’s Special Works badge will be added on the back.
Like the regular version, the primary colour of the Astron Custom is applied on the bodywork and the interior stitching, while the secondary one is applied on the details of the engine cover. It also uses the same wheel design, being five-spoke split chrome rims with five bolts around the centre, wrapped with high-profile tyres. The accents around the same rims can support a dedicated colour, although only naturally-generated examples may have one.
Performance[]
In stock condition, the Astron Custom performs largely similar to the regularAstron, but with reduced braking and handbrake force, resulting in different braking distances. The Astron Custom supports HSW upgrades which greatly improve the vehicle's performance over the original model.
The Astron Custom is powered by what appears to be a V-shaped engine, which is similar to the one found on the Astron, theNovak and theRebla GTS. It is coupled to a 7-speed gearbox in a front engine, all wheel drive layout (44-56, front to rear distribution), and shares the same sound as the Astron and the Novak.
