Project Development
GRPC uses consultants for technical studies. Studies may include traffic circulation studies, traffic impact analyses, intersection studies, traffic studies, conceptual engineering, and roadway safety audits. This is an effort to develop more ready projects for implementation. These studies may be done for MPO members or to support the development of projects from GRPC planning. Pre-construction activities for projects and strategies will be undertaken and then implemented.
