Front End - Getting Start

Angular CLI

Make sure you havenpm installed.Angular CLI installationrunnpm install -g @angular/cli

Installing Dependencies

Open the project in WebStorm or whatever IDE you are using then runnpm install once in the terminal.Now runng serve to start local server.

Refer tothis post if your socket.io doesn't work.

Development server

Runng serve for a dev server. Navigate tohttp://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Code scaffolding

Runng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also useng generate directive/pipe/service/class/module.

Build

Runng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in thedist/ directory. Use the-prod flag for a production build.

Running unit tests

Runng test to execute the unit tests viaKarma.

Running end-to-end tests

Runng e2e to execute the end-to-end tests viaProtractor.Before running the tests make sure you are serving the app viang serve.

Deploying to GitHub Pages

Runng github-pages:deploy to deploy to GitHub Pages.
