This PR adds the MSW mock server to the test setup.

In relation to PR#4844 which is currently under review, this refactor addresses a potential issue whereMSW might not be properly initialized due to the changes in how we import themockServer.

This refactor follows the approach used byUnoCSS, moving theMSW setup to the global test configuration.
