ut_output_clob_table_buffer/ut_output_table_buffer areinternal API. They must not be used here.Usage changed in utPLSQL v3.1.7.This change makes the reporter work v3.1.4 and later.

beginning with utPLSQL v3.1.8 a code reference may containa reference to a package specification. For earlier versionsthe reference to the body has a higher priority, if spec and bodyare available.
