• check if can avoid it (at least creating dummy IPC port blocks hub from starting)
• add option to enable dummy IPC port (so that hub doesnt launch)
• check if can just kill hub process after editor runs
• test what happens if uninstall unity hub *cannot login or access asset store packages, can use unity as signed out user
