The last commit seems to have been in April, could someone just publish a new version (0.1.9) on cargo that incorporates the new compilation-time and precomputed-sizes changes? I've runcargo bloat over my crates andunicode_normalization shows up at the top with a size of 300kb in the .text segment.

So, since the latest changes seem to have reduced compilation time and size, could someone please just publish the latest master as a new version on cargo? Thanks.
