Yes, it needs to be swapped out, but the two rules are not exactly like-for-like. Which means that it's a breaking change, as changes to the recommended set are a breaking change. |

In eslint-plugin:recommended, the rule
no-triple-slash-referenceis deprecated.So I think it should be replaced with
triple-slash-reference.
