Can the peer dependency be removed as well? If this package doesn't actually need it. It'd be sad to litter peer dep warnings to consumers who don't use TS.

Ithink that won't cause issues with Yarn PnP since the plugin itself would still have the peer dep, but the utils doesn't need it (right?)
