#6754 added theEXPERIMENTAL_useProjectService flag to@typescript-eslint/parser. We didn't document it in part because it's experimental and scary. Now that it's been in a few public versions, I think it's safe to at least mention it in the parser's configuration options docs.

cc@jakebailey - IIRC at least you had asked about / mentioned this.
