Suggested Changes

It isn't entirely clear in the docs what linting with type information provides over a tsc check. Listing out the beneficial rules that you gain from this would be immensely valuable, to contrast againstthe performance callout.

Essentially, it's unclear if the benefits outweigh the costs.
