Nuxt 3 (currently in beta) supports express/connect as a way of server middleware.

I attempted to use tinyhttp, but it seems there is some compatibility errors - fastify also does not work.

Not really a bug, just a discussion point.
It would be nice if it would work, but i dont know if nuxt would need to change, or tinyhttp
