To help reduce screen time, it would be very good if you could select digital wellbeing options for specific apps.

Examples:

1. You search for Ins...
2. You click Instagram

3a. You get an option to either click Instagram, or for example Duolingo (you can set which apps)
Or
3b. You have to solve a math problem
Or
3c. A series of yes no questions

Or all of the above

I believe particularly 3a could help a lot.
