aiohttp stopped installingcchardet speedup under >Python 3.9 (Seeaio-libs/aiohttp#6857) due tocchardet being unmaintained. I ranasync_scrape/program.py successfully withoutcchardet using python 3.9 and 3.10. I'll send a PR if it makes sense to removecchardet from therequirements.txt.
