addType() is deprecated since version 2.1 and will be removed in 2.3. Use form extensions or type registration in the Dependency Injection Container instead.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to apply that recommendation to unit tests - just wanted to log here that this cookbook entry will no longer work in 2.3 when addType() is removed...
