It seems we are multiple people to think we should create a dedicated page to the Symfony CLI tool.

The only "dedicated" page ishttps://symfony.com/doc/current/setup/symfony_server.html, and the title is misleading on the fact that the page mainly talks about Symfony CLI.

Also,@tucksaun raised that currently, Symfony CLI is tied up with Symfony versions in the framework docs, which is also another issue with the current state of things.

The new dedicated page may talk about advanced features, wrappers included in the Symfony CLI tool and so on.

What do you think? Do you agree with the idea? Do you see any blockers to this?
