minor#15565 Adding global namespace toThrowable (ThomasLandauer)

This PR was merged into the 4.4 branch.Discussion----------Adding global namespace to `Throwable`* I hope this is the right syntax - don't know what `:class:` is for...* This only works if you add `(..., ?\Throwable $exception=null)` to the controllers arguments list.
