When the `\Symfony\Component\Mailer\Messenger\SendEmailMessage` is dispatched asynchronously, the email message is serialised and unserialised. The theme that was set on the `NotificationEmail` was not included in the serialisation, causing thevalue to return back to the default after deserialisation.
