this will redefine@deprecated,@internal,@final as being allowed within the same 1st level vendor, whereas we looked for two levels before. Looks legitimate to me.

Fix about same vendor detection in ClassLoader. Actually, detected namespace for
Doctrine\ORM\ConfigurationisDoctrine\ORMinstead ofDoctrine\. So deprecations are triggered for classes in same namespace.
