Awareness of the new squawk postgres sql query with error recovery#395

I came across the new squawk 2.0 release yesterday and noticed that it has a new parser:

  • New parser with error recovery -- it doesn't fail if you're missing a comma, semicolon, etc! This also means we've removed the dependency on libpg_query.

This could perhaps be interesting for the postgres language server project?
