If not already done,Getting-Started#Install-Arduino.cc-IDE
Configure the IDE to the desired board.
SeeGetting-Started#configuring-ide
Open the Blink sketch from the "File> Examples > 01.Basics > Blink"
Click the upload button
SeeGetting-Started#upload-method to change the upload method.
That's all. LED should blink on theNucleo L476RG.
