Do I understand it correctly from thefilter file documentation that the "priority" field in the xml output of the gradle plugin indicates how confident spotbugs is, that the found bug is indeed such a bug?
So priority does not state anything about the priority to fix it, right?

Instead the "rank" field indicates the severity of a bug found, right?
