During my master's degree in Mathematics, I started developing open source software. I was working on a research project to link data on road injured 🚑 from various sources. The lack of modern and extensible open software resulted in the development of the Python Record Linkage Toolkit (recordlinkage). The toolkit has been times and used by lots of organizations.

Nowadays, I work at @utrechtuniversity (Netherlands) and support researchers to develop open software and data. I'm still maintaining several projects, likerecordlinkage, in my spare time.
