I just ran into the problem of uploading image files to the Linkedin API and got the following Exception:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: JDKHttpClient does not support File payload for the moment

Is there a new (beta/snapshot) version that works (I used 8.3.3) or an expected time when it might work?

If not what are the alternatives to upload image files?
