Hi@SaiGaneshan2,

you can find an exhaustive explanation athttps://scikit-learn.org/stable/developers/contributing.html.

One way to start can be to simply fix a typo in a documentation.
This is surely an easy type of contribution, but you learn how to work with GitHub, how to create a PR suitable for scikit-learn and how the whole process works.
After you have learned how to successfully contribute a scikit-learn PR you can start with more complex tickets like bugs or features.

Sometimes there are tickets with the label "good first issue" which can be interesting for new contributors, see:
https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3A%22good%20first%20issue%22

You can also inspect other PRs to see how the titles and the contents are structured.
