sbc_rank_plot does add each dimension oftheta into the legend. But the confidence region of the uniform hypothesis is not added.

have an option insbc_rank_plot to add/remove the legend entry for the confidence region.

add the confidence to the legend by hand using the returnedfig, ax objects.
