I'm not sure if I need this but I think I do for my use case, which is:

• Download files
• Save them to disk
• Chain-boot the downloaded.efi file

I think theuefi crate would also need TCP to work (and I would need to use a Rust library that builds off of TCP to make HTTP requests cuz I'm pretty sure my computer has TCP but not HTTP UEFI functionality).
