Calculation of molecular number and brightness from fluorescencemicroscopy image series. The software was published in a2016paper. The seminal paperfor the technique isDigman etal. 2008. Areview of the techniquewas published in2017.

You can install the release version ofnandb fromCRAN with:

install.packages("nandb")

You can install the (unstable) development version ofnandb fromGitHub with:

devtools::install_github("rorynolan/nandb")

I highly recommend using the release version. The dev version is justfor the ultra-curious and should be thought of as unreliable.
