同步 github 上 domain 設定與 cloudflare 設定
為了方便可以讓大家知道一個 domain 有設定哪些 subdomain ，以及每個 subdomain 的專案在哪邊以及維護者是誰，這邊的程式是用來檢查 CloudFlare 上面設定的 domain 是否跟 github 裡面的 domain 有同步。
使用前需要把 config-sample.json 改成 config.json
