Is it possible to compile PythoNET WinForms code to create Windows .exe application?

I see that using WinForms in PythonNET is quite easy:

import clrclr.AddReference("System.Windows.Forms")from System.Windows.Forms import Form

But can the upper code be compiled into a Windows .exe application?
