Is it possible to change the Server Capabilities from a plugin?

I tried here using:
@hookimpl def pylsp_initialize(config: Config, workspace: Workspace):
but I did not have success. I tough I could do something like the@hookimpl def pylsp_settings(): or any other hooks.
