Would it be possible to re-use the GitlabConfigParser?

I'm writing quite a few scripts, and I'd prefer if I didn't also have to do token parsing etc.

Given a (client) URL, I'd hope thatgitlab could auto-detect the token needed (unless given / if not, then "ask it to be given")
