Description

@m-aciek

I think it would be easier for a developer to decide which tool to use ifpython-docs-bootstrapper would have a comparison withexisting tool in the README. From top of my mind it would be: available on PyPI, not requiring a CPython repository clone (fetching it for the user), not having a dependency on the cookiecutter (?).
