I added a test onsizeof(config_spec) / sizeof(config_spec[0]) ofPyConfig_Get(). It seems to work on all platforms and all Python versions.

If tomorrow, thesizeof() code doesn't work, we should use a terminator member (all set to zero) as done in Python main branch.
