We could also remove the second workflow file from non-main branches.

As a follow-up in the update workflow on main branch we should check for read me existence before regenerating it.

We could also remove the second workflow file from non-main branches.

Sent a pr, can't merge it which is not great since this step should really be moved towards the end as so to not block translations.
