Muy bien la traducción aunque fuera corta, sólo puse comentarios que creo que mejorarían la traducción un poco.

https://python-docs-es.readthedocs.io/es/3.8/CONTRIBUTING.html powrap y pospell son dos herramientas que recomendamos.
powrap, ayuda a utilizar una cantidad definida de columnas por archivos, es decir, acorta las líneas muy largas.
pospell lo que hace es mirar la ortografía de los archivos.

La verificación que tenemos, puedes ver que eso:

 powrap --check --quiet **/*.poWould rewrap:- library/i18n.poThe command "powrap --check --quiet **/*.po" exited with 1.

Entonces solo lo puedes resolver instalandopowrap en tu entorno virtual y luego solo ejecutarlo en tu archivopowrap library/i18n.po y subir los cambios del archivo.

Instalé powrap ejecuté el comando que mencionaste,powrap library/i18n.po e hice el push con el nombrepowrap fix, pero sigue sin completarse ¿qué otra cuestión puede faltar?

powrap library/i18n.pogit add library/i18n.pogit commit -m "powrap i18n"git push origin traduccion-i18n

El funcionamiento de Linux y Windows parece ser distinto, y como el CI que tenemos (Travis) es un Linux, al parecer los usuarios de Windows no tienen la misma cantidad de columnas por defecto en powrap.

¡Gracias! Aprendí muchísimo cuando empecé a programar con Python, entonces al ver que podía aportar algo acá, aunque sea poquito, es un sueño :-).
