Buenísimo!

Hice algunos comentarios sobre:

in-place
push/pop
heap, a veces no tiene que ser traducido
sort, se usa como clasificar (pre-sorted -> preclasificadas)

Hay que revisar estos en todo el archivo. ¿Podrías hacerlo por favor?

Recuerda hacer uso de Need Work/Necesita trabajo en POEDIT cuando tengas cualquier duda sobre un término o traducción, y dejar un comentario asociado a esa entrada 😉

Yo traduciría Push y Pop como, "agrega" y "quita" ya que "empuja" y "desapila" me suenan muy raro.

Así con tono científico se me ocurre insertar o introducir o añadir / extraer o retirar. Creo que "retirar de la pila" suena bastante intuitivo.

En tono más vulgar y como sinónimo sacar/meter, pero hay que evitar que quede jocoso/gracioso.
Empujar seguro que no,

Acá estás traduciendo "Push" como "Apila" y antes habías usando "Empuja". Como decía antes, yo creo que es mejor "agrega" para este caso.
