We created a scriptrst2po.py that creates a tuple of(english_paragraph, spanish_paragraph) and look for theenglish_paragraph in the.po file. If there is a match, it adds thespanish_paragraph as the translation in the.po file.

english_ andspanish_ paragraphs come from the work we already have done on RST files inhttps://github.com/PyAr/tutorial so we can re-use that work.

There is going to be some un-translated paragraphs because that repositories has 3.6.3 translated. However, we only considerexact matches only.

The scriptrst2po.py won't be needed anymore once this PR is merged and the migration work is done completely.
