Un par de palabras que hay que agregar adictionaries/c-api_memory.txt(si no existe, se crea).

Creé un diccionario de esta forma en mi virtual env a través del bash
python scripts/create_dict.py
pospell -p dict.txt -l es_ES c-api/memory.po

Habría alguna otra cosa que hacer?

ese diccionario se hace automaticamente en el CI, como te mencioné, tienes que crear tu el diccionario en el directoriodictionarieshttps://python-docs-es.readthedocs.io/es/3.10/reviewers-guide.html?highlight=powrap#pospell-falla
