chore(docs): [WIP] translate c-api/unicode.po 🤖
This file requires extensive translation work with ~151 issues identifiedby GitHub Actions bot:- 75+ fuzzy entries needing review and corrections- 75+ untranslated entries requiring new translations- Complex Unicode and encoding terminology requiring careful attentionMarked as [WIP] to focus resources on completing smaller files first.Future work needed: comprehensive review and translation of all missing entries.
