These files have been configured by building for windows using cygwin and msvc and then hand edited based on the work-in-progress to update to the current libffi

ffitarget.h shouldn't be checked in here. ffitarget.h should be picked up from$(ffilibsources)src\x86 or $(ffilibsources)src\arm depending on the build type.

I think we should move configured files to the cpython repo, to show that they are never expected to match a clean libffi snapshot.
