Feature or enhancement

Proposal:

Currently whenpython -m test is run without any colorizing environment variables (ex.FORCE_COLOR) the overall list of tests is colorized but if a test fails and its results are printed the test results are not colored. I'd like to make the output colored both sequential and parallel (-j0) runs.
