Bug description:

If you do an ;; p 1 in pdb, the next time you entry an empty line (meant for repeat last command), it will repeatw 0 due to#119882. It's supposed to repeatp 1 (arguablyn ;; p1 but we never do that). As user never inputsw 0 by their own, the current behavior might not be desired.
