Feature or enhancement

Proposal:

Thezipfile module comes with a few compression methods supported in the standard library. However we never provided a way for new methods to be added by third parties. We should, (a) so that we don'tneed to add every popular compression method to the stdlib and (b) so that people with more optimal implementations of our existing compressors can use their own implementations instead.
