The main difficulty with this item is the problem of creating an index

that can span more than one table.

* Prevent child tables from altering constraints like CHECK that were

inherited from the parent table

* Add UNIQUE capability to non-btree indexes

* Add rtree index support for line, lseg, path, point

* -Use indexes for MIN() and MAX()

Currently non-global system tables must be in the default database

schema. Global system tables can never be moved.

o Automatically maintain clustering on a table
