* -Modify pg_get_triggerdef() to take a boolean to pretty-print,

and use that as part of pg_dump along with psql

* Allow psql \du to show groups, and add \dg for groups

* Acquire lock on a relation before building a relcache entry for it

* Research interaction of setitimer() and sleep() used by statement_timeout

* Add checks for fclose() failure
